   What's on my mind in ~The Urban CHeF Blog?  

 We have a discussion on Screw Caps vs.Corks in

wine. This is always a heated topic in the culinary and wine worlds. I give you

the inside scoop to a great offer in On -Line Cooking School from the producers

of Cooks Illustrated Magazine. This offer is too good to be true! We then take a 

look at mobile kitchens. Not food trucks, although you can check out my pictures

from the Audubon Park Food Truck Festival and all of the food we tried. These 

mobile kitchens are the new, hip and happening carts in Germany! Maybe

they will make their way over the ocean. Last but not least a picture that caught
