Our Private Dinner Service allows you to actually observe your food being created before your eyes, in the comfort of your own home.
Our Private Dining philosophy focuses on our skill to listen to our client's needs and desires, allowing us to create a menu that is ingredient-driven, seasonal and budget conscience.
Chef Andy listens to your guest profiles; where are they from, how long have they traveled that day, what might be on their mind - is it a casual affair, a more formal affair - and then he creates an individual experience around each meal to develop a unique dining experience.
Our eight years of successful Private Dining revolves around our clients enjoying their own “Chefs Table”. Meticulously selected ingredients are transformed into incredible aromas and flavors that treat your guests to Chef Andy's creative worldly cuisine.
Decorative settings and event planning are created by Cindy Williams, whose extensive director of catering background from Central and South Florida catering establishments, allows her to collaborate with the client to assist in capturing the essence of the occasion to assure a memorable event. We aspire to provide our clients a personal experience where all the attention is on the guests, the food, and the occasion. Our most popular service is the Gourmet Dinners For Two. Testimonial:
"Chef Andy starts the evening with why he prepared this meal especially for them, which shows that we as their host thought enough of our guest to create a meal with them in mind. Unlike a restaurant, there is never any chatter from other tables, no embarrassing slips ups in the kitchen, no risk that the waiter that night might be busy taking care of someone else, and we never get a bad table! The evening is all about the guest experience. The idea has been overwhelmingly well received. Try it and you will see what we mean."
