*Clermont Cooking Class fees range based on class ingredients and are pre- paid and non refundable. There is a minimum of 6 students per class. Fees include groceries, class recipes, non-alcoholic beverages. You may bring your favorite wine or beer to enjoy during the class. Classes run approximately 3 hours.

** Class seating is on a first come first serve basis. We can not guarantee that all the guests in your group will be seated together, thus early arrival is imperative if you plan on sitting next to someone. Please note the starting time of your class as classes begin promptly.  
  
**Our Cancellation Policy: 
We must receive notification of your cancellation at least seven business days (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) in advance of class date by phone or e-mail. Cancellations made fewer than seven business days before the class date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We reserve the right to cancel any classes due to insufficient enrollment. If this happens, we will notify
you by phone and if you prefer we can transfer your deposit to the next available cooking class.

Individual Cooking Classes
 
It will be Chef Andy's distinct pleasure to share his professional techniques, trade secrets, and helpful
hints for use in your kitchen.
It all begins at The Viking Demonstration Kitchen @ The Gracious Living Design Center in Clermont, Florida. You will experience a state of the art kitchen that is stylish, warm and welcoming.
Individual Classes are designed to meet your specific needs and culinary talents.
Individual Classes run approximately 3 hours.
The fee for a individual cooking class is $200.00 including the groceries and lots of fun!
