• For The Beginner Cook~ Learn how to create Soups! Soups maybe the most classic and ideal meal one can create for themselves or family. A warm or cold comfort food that sooths the soul yet requires solid cooking  technique in order to achieve maximum flavors by learning how to utilize your knife skills, selecting the proper cooking vessel and selecting the freshest ingredients. We will create 3 different soups~ a spring vegetable soup, a legume soup and chicken soup with dumplings.
• For The Intermediate Cook- Learn how to make Pasta! This hands on class will show you a variety of different pasta shapes and sizes utilizing whole wheat, all-purpose and semolina flour. We will also create a complimentary sauce to enhance each pasta.
• For The Advanced Cook- Learn the technique of Braising. Listed on the Top 10 Trends of Preparation Methods by over 1500 certified chefs in the National Restaurant Association Chef Survey for 2011. This technique was listed above pickling and smoking techniques.I will explain how important it is to select the correct protein and we will create two classical dishes- braised beef short ribs and chicken tagine.
