Team Building Cooking Class
Celebrity Chef ~ Signature Dish Cook-Off
Team Objective ~ To Select and Promote The Next Celebrity Chef !
Teams will take a classic comfort food item and transform it into a signature dish. Each team will be responsible for creating a team name, selecting a General Manager, a Celebrity Chef, and a Public Relations Expert to represent the team. The teams will add their own special touch to their recipe, gather ingredients, prep and cook their signature dish. While kicking up the heat, the teams must create a marketing strategy to promote their celebrity chef and to sell their culinary creation to the judges.
Cook Off Time Line ~ approximately 75 minutes to complete the task.
The Program Outline
Guests arrive and are greeted with a beverage and small bite.
CHeF Andy kick’s off the competition with the introduction of the rules, guidelines, competition, and strategy for team success and the all important Celebrity Chef Signature Dish!
The event planner will preselect the dish that your staff will compete on. CHeF Andy and staff will assist the teams throughout the competition. Guests will then be divided into pre determined teams with complimentary aprons and a selection of recipes to assist them in their development of the dish.
Team Building Conclusion
Teams select their own MVP and the winner will be featured that month on CHeF Andy’s website. The winning team members will also be awarded a grand prize, which is provided by the individual company. The teams will gather to enjoy their signature dishes, compare stories and build fellowships while reliving the fun moments during the team exercise. CHeF Andy provides the appropriate side dishes for the main item created, plus each team member receives a keep sake apron, event menu and recipes.
