Guest Chef Appearance for the FMPA Group: Discussion was on how to improve your breakfast and luncheon choices. We prepared buckwheat pancakes with agave syrup and goji berries. The pancakes were made with egg beaters and soy milk.
For lunch we prepared oven baked salmon with avocado and roasted corn salad
